Over in this part of Syracuse there is a place we like to go to eat now and then, Steak and Sundae, which recently moved to its shiny new location way up in the north part of Teall Ave. It’s a friendly place, with large portions of food.
But driving by today, I was intrigued to find that it’s actually not a restaurant!?! The sign says that it’s a “restuarant”! Best of all, it’s on both sides!
Please, Steak and Sundae, I beseech you: please don’t change the sign! This misspelling is a thing of sheer beauty! It also seems to be a corollary of the fact that, as reported long ago, Syracuse businesses are allergic to good names!
